Bab.las språk-world cup 2016
It seems like only yesterday that a new edition of the bab.la Language World Cup began. The Language World Cup was launched back in 2013 for the first time and its ultimate goal is to find out what languages people worldwide love the most. We must not overlook the difficulty of this language tournament - being a widely spoken language may not be enough to gain victory as this fact doesn't equal popularity. Can't believe this? Look at Polish being the ultimate winner in 2014! 64 languages from the five continents have taken part in the competition and users from every corner of the globe have supported their preferred languages by voting match after match and posting encouraging messages on our social media channels. In previous editions, English, Polish and French were the lucky winners and they have competed fiercely this year as well. Will any of them have made it to the podium this time? It has been a truly hard-fought tournament and nobody could predict what language would win, not even in the very last moment! Ten incredibly intense and exciting weeks of competition have passed and it is time now to unveil the most popular languages. We, as language lovers, have had a great time during this language competition and can only thank once again everyone who has contributed somehow to make this happen. The bab.la Language World Cup wouldn't be possible without the continued support and engagement of all our users. Are you ready to find out the results of the bab.la Language World Cup 2016?
